This Privacy Policy describes how Rogue AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information in connection with our AI platforms (including Glyph and Sentinel) and their associated SMS messaging services.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with our platforms via SMS, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- The content of messages you send to us
- Message timestamps and delivery status
This information is used solely to operate our SMS messaging services and route your messages to the appropriate AI system.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Verify that your phone number is registered and authorized to use the service
- Process and respond to your messages through our AI systems
- Send you notifications, task updates, and operational alerts you have opted in to receive
- Maintain service logs for troubleshooting and security purposes
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and message content will not be disclosed to outside organizations except:
- Twilio: Our SMS infrastructure provider, which transmits messages on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of message data.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers used to deliver text messages.
4. Data Retention
Message logs are retained for operational and troubleshooting purposes and are subject to the same 14-day data retention policy that applies to all Glyph session data. Your phone number remains on file as long as your registration is active.
SMS Messaging Services
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-register. To re-register, reply START. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at glyph@rogueai.tech.
6. Security
Access to Glyph and its messaging features is restricted to registered, authenticated users. Phone numbers are stored in a secured database with access limited to authorized administrators.
