These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rogue AI's SMS messaging services, including notifications sent from our AI platforms (Glyph, Sentinel, and other Rogue AI products).

1. Program Description

Program Name: Rogue AI SMS Notifications

Description: Rogue AI operates AI-powered platforms (including Glyph and Sentinel) that send AI-generated notifications, task completion alerts, operational updates, and other automated messages to registered users. Messages are triggered by user-configured automations, direct platform actions, or system events.

2. Eligibility & Registration

This service is available to individuals who opt in by texting START to (337) 333-4453. For questions about eligibility, contact glyph@rogueai.tech.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, configured automations, and system events. You may receive several messages per day or fewer during periods of low activity.

4. Opt-In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Rogue AI by texting START to (337) 333-4453.

SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or use of our services. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Rogue AI. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you re-opt-in.

7. Privacy

8. Service Availability

Service availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or scheduled maintenance. Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Modifications

Rogue AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
